To book B. Hart Florals & Events for your special occasion, simply fill out our contact form and provide us with your event details. Once booked, we will respond with next steps and discuss further details. 

**Important**
Hotel rooms are not included in our packages. 

Base Travel/Parking Fee - $25  will be added to your package total.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours prior to the setup date.

LAST MINUTE bookings must be paid in full.

Last Minute Booking Fee - $100 (Less than 5 days)

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

*** Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new reservation date within 30 days.

Rescheduling Requests made within 24 hours of the Original Booking will incur a $100 Rebooking Fee.

Rescheduling is subject to B. Hart Florals & Events availability. 

By booking with B. Hart Florals & Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Cleanup Responsibility

B. Hart Florals & Events is not responsible for any cleaning or damages after your departure.

Cleanup is solely the client's responsibility unless you have added our next-day cleaning service for an additional $100.

Hotels may charge additional fees if the room is left unclean. To avoid such charges, please remove all decorations before checkout. B. Hart Florals & Events is not liable for any hotel-imposed fees.

We kindly provide a trash bag and a pair of scissors to assist with removing and disposing of decorations.

Liability Disclaimer

B. Hart Florals & Events is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, accidents, delays, or other incidents that may occur.

Clean Space Requirements

Prior to Setup 

Please remove personal belongings

Make the Bed 

Place necessary items into the closet to provide a clear and sanitary workspace.

Personal items such as underwear, condoms, sanitary napkins. etc., must be properly managed.
A cleaning fee will be applied if we must clean the room before setup.($250)

Material Pickup

For clients who have added Next Day Cleanup Service/Included service with package, our team will
return in person before your scheduled checkout to collect the materials used. If you've booked next-day cleanup service, please ensure your hotel room is vacated at least 1hr before checkout time to allow our team to complete the cleanup.
